Membership of icebreaker's nature.rewards Programme ("The Programme") and its benefits are offered at the discretion of icebreaker New Zealand Limited (“icebreaker”), which reserves the right to terminate, change, limit, modify, or cancel any rules, regulations, benefits, or conditions of participation of "The Programme" at any time, with or without notice. In the event of cancellation, Points earned up to the date of cancellation will be issued according to the "Terms" in place immediately prior to cancellation.
icebreaker may change or modify these "Terms" at any time. We will post the revision date with the revised "Terms" on our website. Electing to remain a Member after a change in the "Terms" constitutes your acceptance of the revised "Terms". The revisions to "The Programme" that icebreaker may make include, but are not limited to, any of the following changes: (i) increase or decrease the number of points for each purchase and activity; (ii) increase the number of Points required to earn an Instant Reward and/or to qualify into a Tier; (iii) cease providing an Instant Rewards and/or Tier Rewards; (iv) change the method of becoming a Member; (v) institute or add blackout dates for earning Points or using Instant Rewards and/or Tier Rewards.
"The Programme"
When a member joins "The Programme", he or she can earn points on purchases made in the New Zealand icebreaker website at www.ap.icebreaker.com/en-nz/ for purchases paid for in NZ$, made from, and delivered to, New Zealand only.
“The Programme” is also available across icebreaker’s participating retail stores (“Participating Stores”) within New Zealand. As such, all activities associated with “The Programme” such as membership enrolment, earning points and redeeming of rewards can be done with the assistance of retail staff in the “Participating Stores”.

Eligibility
A member must be at least 18 years of age or above to enroll into "The Programme". Employees of icebreaker New Zealand Limited and all its affiliates and subsidiaries, and/or individuals receiving a discount or free product to represent the icebreaker brand are not eligible.
Joining "The Programme"
A member may enroll into "The Programme" online at www.ap.icebreaker.com/en-nz/ by creating an account. The user is responsible for providing the correct email address to receive points and rewards. As a result, each Member is responsible for maintaining accurate and updated personal information, including your email address. A member may update his/her personal information online at www.ap.icebreaker.com/en-nz/account or by emailing icebreaker's Customer Service team at ecom.nz@icebreaker.com or by calling 0800 000 065.
A member may join "The Programme" at any time.
In the event of a dispute over ownership of an "The Programme"'s account, the registration will be declared to have been made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of registration. For purposes of these "Terms", the "authorized account holder" is the natural person who is assigned to the submitted email address by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
A member may opt-out of "The Programme" at any point in time by emailing icebreaker's Customer Service team at ecom.nz@icebreaker.com or by calling 0800 000 065. Where a member opts-out, the member will lose all their entitlements to forfeit of all Points accrued, and any qualified Instant Rewards and Tier Rewards will be cancelled with immediate effect.
Earning Points
Points can be earned and accumulated after creating an account. Members will receive one hundred (100) points when upon signing up for a www.ap.icebreaker.com/en-nz/account and registering as a new Member. This can be done on www.ap.icebreaker.com/en-nz/account. Alternatively, this can also be done with the assistance of retail staff in the “Participating Stores”. Members will receive one hundred (100) points for each month when leaving the first review after purchase. Members will receive fifty (50) points when following our official social media for the very first time.
When purchases are made at www.ap.icebreaker.com/en-nz/ or “Participating Stores” members will receive ten (10) points for every NZ$1 spent on eligible icebreaker products. Only purchases made on www.ap.icebreaker.com/en-nz/ from, and delivered to/within New Zealand and “Participating Stores” are eligible for points accumulation. Purchases made at www.ap.icebreaker.com/en-nz/ or “Participating Stores” will accrue Points when the item(s) ship, not at the time the order is placed. No Points are earned when purchasing Gift Cards from icebreaker, but you do earn Points when redeeming a Gift Card at www.ap.icebreaker.com/en-nz/ or “Participating Stores” towards the purchase of icebreaker products. Accumulated points are used for the purposes of determining the Membership Tier each member achieves and redeeming discount coupons for future purchases. Accumulated points cannot be converted into cash.
Points are not transferable and may not be combined among Members or conveyed by any means to anyone, including through a Member's estate, and may not pass to a Member's successors and assigns. Accrued Points do not constitute property of the Member. Accrued Points are not transferable by the Member upon death, as part of a domestic relations matter, or otherwise.
Returns
Upon successful processing of a return and refund any of your purchase order, icebreaker may deduct the points earned in connection with the purchase, the member’s tier eligibility will be automatically recalculated based on your updated purchase history. If the refund results in the points no longer meeting the requirements for current tier status, you will be downgraded by one tier level.
Redemptions
When purchases are made at www.ap.icebreaker.com/en-nz/ or “Participating Stores”, members who has joined "The Programme" online at www.ap.icebreaker.com/en-nz/ may use 1500 points in exchange for a 10% off discount on RRP (Recommended Retail Price) with minimum spend of $150, 3000 points for 15% off discount on RRP with minimum spend of $250, 5000 points for 20% off discount on RRP with minimum spend of $250. This discount cannot combine with other coupons, discounts, or promotions, and not applicable for pinnacle products (*pinnacle products include styles from the Seamless series, Anniversary O-Zip, Ace series, and 300 Merinofine™ series and are subject to change without notice). Reward Coupons are subject to the Programme’s Terms. Coupons redeemed are not Gift Cards of icebreaker and expire 180 days from the date issued.
Points earned but not redeemed will expire three hundred sixty-five (365) days.
Points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. Also, Points are personal to you. Unredeemed Points CANNOT be combined with or transferred to the Points owned by another account.
Any refunds or store credits received for the returns of product after purchase will result in the corresponding Points being deducted from your nature.rewards membership account.
Membership Levels
Tiers are tied to the points you earned within the 365-day period from when you entered that tier. Each Tier brings with it associated Tier Rewards. You will start off with zero (0) points at Tier 1 (Rookie) upon registration as a Member. You will get upgraded to a higher Tier upon accumulating a certain amount of points within the 365-day period. A member is eligible for the next new Tier only after his/her purchases have passed the return days (30 days). Members achieving the Rookie, Grower and The Natural Tiers will remain within that Tier for a maximum of 365 days. To keep your status in each tier, you will need to re-collect this amount within the 365-day period from when you entered that tier. If you do not collect enough points within the 365-day period you will be downgraded by 1 tier.

Rewards
Unless stated otherwise, rewards are typically issued via email, delivered to the email address submitted at the time of registration into the “The Programme”.
Rewards in the form of discount coupons can be applied on purchases made on the www.ap.icebreaker.com/en-nz/ website or any of the “Participating Stores”, subject to their expiry dates.
Each discount coupon must be applied in its entirety within a single order. The discount coupon’s value cannot be partially applied, split across multiple orders or saved for future orders.
Returning any or all items within a purchase that have a rewards discount coupon(s) applied shall only result in the refund of the actual final amount paid, in its original form of payment. The applied discount coupon(s) will not be refunded, and hence will be forfeited.
Email and Privacy Policies
By registering for "The Programme", you agree to receive transactional emails regarding the "The Programme" from icebreaker. These may include information about Points, Levels, Instant Rewards, Tier Rewards, Programme updates, and other related materials at the discretion of icebreaker. Members may not unsubscribe from transactional emails of "The Programme", but can cancel their membership in "The Programme" as described in the "Terms". When registering for "The Programme", Members will have the option of signing up to receive promotional email offers and updates from icebreaker. Members may unsubscribe from icebreaker's promotional emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in those emails. By registering for "The Programme", you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in the icebreaker Privacy Policy.
Terms and Conditions of icebreaker.com nature.rewards referral programme
Information on the nature.rewards referral programme is set out in these terms and conditions (terms). By accepting these terms you agree to comply with these terms and all referrals must comply with these terms to be valid. The general terms of the icebreaker's nature.rewards programme (general terms) also apply to this nature.rewards referral programme. They are available below. If there is any conflict between these terms and the general terms, these terms will prevail.
Loyalty Member Rewards for Referring a Friend
- This offer is only valid for existing icebreaker nature.rewards members (the referrer) making legitimate referrals to friends and family (the referred friend) who are a new customer to ap.icebreaker.com/en-nz. A new customer is defined as someone who has not bought on ap.icebreaker.com/en-nz before as identified by their email address.
- The referrer qualifies for a reward of 200 points for each referred friend who completes their first qualifying order while using their referral code (kickback reward).
- For the referrer to qualify for their kickback reward, the referred friend must be a new customer to ap.icebreaker.com and both the referrer and the referred friend must be over 18 years old.
- Referrers must only send referral codes to contacts they know personally and who they think will genuinely be interested in the promotion. Referrers must not 'spam' by sending bulk emails or emails to persons they do not know.
- icebreaker retains the right to determine whether your referral complies with these terms
- Kickback rewards cannot be combined with other discount codes in a single order.
- Kickback rewards will be delivered by email to the referrer within 48 hours of the referred friend's completed and qualifying purchase, provided the referred friend's purchase is not cancelled. The referrer will be notified by email once a referred friend has completed their qualifying purchase and the kickback reward is available within their nature.rewards dashboard.
- Kickback rewards must be redeemed within 180 days from the date earned by the referrer. kickback rewards can only be used for online purchases, not in icebreaker stores.
- If the referrer’s nature.rewards account is suspended or terminated before the referral offer is redeemed by the referred friend, then neither the referrer nor the referred friend will be eligible to redeem the rewards contemplated by these terms.
- Kickback rewards can be redeemed by applying the unique kickback rewards code when submitting an online order on ap.icebreaker.com.
- Rewards are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Special Offer for the Referred Friend
- The referred friend qualifies for a reward of 15% off their first order over $100 and must be redeemed within 180 days from the date issued to the referred friend. This discount is applied based on RRP, and cannot combine with other coupons, discounts, or promotions, and not appliable to icebreaker’s pinnacle products (*pinnacle products include styles from the Seamless series, Anniversary O-Zip, Ace series, and 300 Merinofine™ series and are subject to change without notice).
- Rewards can only be used for online purchases on www.ap.icebreaker.com/en-nz, not in icebreaker stores.
- To qualify for the offer, the referred friend must be a new customer to ap.icebreaker.com and over the age of 18.
- In the event a refund is requested on an order in which a referral offer was redeemed, the reward code cannot be used for any further purchases.
- The referred friend offer cannot be claimed by the referrer.
- The referred friend offer cannot be combined with other discount codes in a single order and only one referral offer may be redeemed per order.
- Rewards are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
General Terms
These "Terms" are void where and to the extent prohibited by law.
Abuse of "The Programme", including failure to abide by these "Terms", the sale or barter (or the attempted sale or barter) of Instant Rewards, Tier Rewards, Points, or promotional offers, and any misrepresentation of fact relating thereto or other improper conduct as determined by icebreaker in its sole judgment may result in cancellation of a Member's account and future disqualification from Programme participation in "The Programme", forfeiture of all Points accrued, and cancellation of any qualified Instant Rewards and Tier Rewards. At our discretion, we may prosecute abuse of "The Programme" to the fullest extent of the law.
By agreeing to participate in "The Programme", you release icebreaker New Zealand Limited, its parent and subsidiaries and affiliate entities, and their respective, directors, officers, employees and agents (the "Released Parties") from all liability with respect to the misdirection or misuse of any Points, or the use of any Tier Rewards and Instant Rewards by an individual other than "The Programme"'s Member who earned the Tier Rewards and Instant Rewards. You further agree to release the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and other expenses (including, without limitation, attorney's fees) relating to your participation in "The Programme", use of Instant Rewards, use of products or experiences from the Tier Rewards, or agreement to these "Terms".
The Released Parties make no warranty or condition, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any warranties or conditions of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose with respect to "The Programme", membership in "The Programme", or any products or services related to "The Programme".
"The Programme" and these "Terms" will be governed by and construed under the substantive laws of New Zealand without reference to conflict-of-laws considerations. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Zealand.
The icebreaker logo, and other logos and taglines are the intellectual property of icebreaker.
