We will replace your icebreaker garment within 12 months of purchase if it has been assessed and deemed faulty due to fabric, stitching, or manufacturing defects. Please complete the form below as soon as possible so we can assess the condition and provide the next steps.

Important:

If you purchased your icebreaker garment from another retailer (online or in-store), we recommend contacting that retailer directly first. They may be able to assist you more quickly with your warranty claim. If they are unable to help, you're welcome to submit a warranty request with us.

Please do not send your garment to us before submitting a warranty request and receiving further instructions.

Damage that occurs after a year is usually considered general wear and tear and may not be covered under warranty.
