It's our way of saying thank you! nature.rewards is an exclusive loyalty program that allows you to earn points on purchases and activities and redeem them for exciting rewards or shopping vouchers.
Click the “Join now” button above and fill out the short registration form. Joining and participating in the program is completely free.
You can see your points balance on your dashboard once logged in.
You will receive 10 points for every $1 you spend with us. You can also earn points by creating an account, leaving product reviews, referring a friend to icebreaker, or following us on Instagram.
If you have an available reward, you will be able to select and apply your reward at checkout. You must be signed in to see available rewards during checkout.
Vouchers can be applied on purchases made on ap.icebreaker.com or in any of our participating stores, just so long as the voucher hasn’t expired of course.
Your points will show up in your account after 30 days once your transaction is completed.
Only one discount code or points redemption can be applied per order. For example, you can't combine a loyalty points code with other promotional codes in the same checkout.
When a product is returned, the point value of the return is deducted from your account. If the points deducted from your account are more than what is available in your account balance, you will have a negative balance.
When a member returns a product that has been paid partly with a discount voucher, welcome gift voucher or birthday voucher, the discount voucher will be lost.
To enter each tier you will need to collect the necessary amount of points (listed below). To keep your status in each tier you will need to re-collect this amount within the 12-month period from when you entered that tier. If you do not collect enough points within the 12-month period you will be downgraded by 1 tier.
Tier 1: Create an account
Tier 2 : collect 2,500 points
Tier 3 : collect 8,000 points
Your points expire 365 days after your last activity. Activites include making a purchase, receiving a perk or reward other than then Birthday Reward, referral completion, referral share, redeeming points or a voucher, creating an account or adjusting points.
No, points can't be merged.
No, points earned are only associated with the original email used to create the account.

No, points only accumulate once you have joined nature.rewards.
You may cancel your nature.rewards membership at any time by contacting our customer service team. If you cancel your nature.rewards membership, your accrued points will be forfeited.
To remain in the nature.rewards programme, you must be willing to receive nature.rewards emails. You may unsubscribe from general icebreaker marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in those emails.
As a part of our ongoing efforts to provide the best possible rewards experience, we transitioned to a new loyalty platform. Any points you had previously earned were transferred to the new platform.
