The ribbed terry fabric feels

"The ribbed terry fabric feels so good, favourite of all my icebreaker gear. I'm 6' and oscillate between 165-175 and the medium fits perfectly."

I was looking for such

"I was looking for such a product from you. A hoodie would also be very much appreciated"

Ece T. (5/5)

Comfortable and lightweight

"Good deal when it's on sale,"

Ridiculously poor quality! Not expected of Icebreaker!

"The size is totally off! The depicted model is 6 foot 2 inches and is apparently wearing a size M! I'm 5 foot 10 and the sleeves are barely long enough for the size M (I'm NOT a gibbon either, just a regular proportionate human being). The fabric is a lint magnet. I kid you not. After 1 wash it's pilling galore. Just looks old and beat up. After one single wash! The zipper must be some sort of world record. Never have I seen a zipper as thin as the one here. Totally avoid this. There was a time when Icebreaker guaranteed their RealFkeece to be pilling proof. Those days are gone. The prices have doubled, the quality is about a quarter now. So so annoyed and disappointed."

This is an overpriced, inferior product.

"When Icebreaker came out with the RealFleece line in 2010-2011, if I'm not wrong, they guaranteed that the fabric would never pill. Never. I bought a piece then which I have to admit did not pill for over a decade as promised. This item is supposedly a heavier weight fabric which interested me. The overall cut and design is pretty good. However, it pilled after the first wash! The arms were too short for me despite buying the same size I'd always bought from Icebreaker (Size M). The zipper was thread-like and evoked no confidence it would last. The pilling was what incensed me to no end. After one wash it looked like something I'd bought at an estate sale or picked up at a dump (I understand I'm using very strong words but please do see the pictures attached). I wrote to Icebreaker regarding this and I was told I should wash it with a load of denim to prevent pilling. The wash instructions however state that it should be washed with similar fabrics. Icebreaker needs to make up their mind how this garment should be washed. I really wanted to like it but the pilling was a total deal breaker and I returned it in a huff. Even the returns process was broken and it was honestly a comedy of errors. Icebreaker WAS a great company when I discovered it in 2006. It IS not a good one now. Sorry, you just lost a customer."

Great product

"Planning to use as a mid layer for skiing. Size M fits well (I am just under 6 foot, 1 inch tall)."

James (5/5)

Nice quality but a relaxed fit

"Used around the house and as a base layer outside when it's -10C to-20C. I found the sizing I chose was a bit large and that may contribute it as not been as warmer as my 260 sweater."
