"The vest comes out of the packing looking and feeling like rip-stop nylon. It is cotton and the non-PFC DWR finish does protect against wind and light precipitation. The fabric performs like a high quality not natural technical shell. Light weight, low bulk and performance make the vest a good piece of kit."
