I have several of these shirts

"I wear this shirt or the ones I have like it in other colors almost every day except in the summer. They layer when it's cold, and are comfortable on their own in spring and fall. Because they're 100% merino they don't smell even after a week of wear. They do have to be cold water washed and hung to dry. My others are black, gray and navy, so I like having one that's more colorful, but not at all garish."

"Love the 260 weight fabric. Good piece as base layer but I usually wear it as a light sweater over a tshirt. I am always between M and L in Icebreaker (so frustrating!) - went large on this piece and it layers well. Sleeves are long. Does have a long body, so if you are short waisted, it will seem quite long. Works well for me tucked in - is a bit long when not tucked."

"You can never go wrong with this thermal top. I own several and find them to be both functional and look good. The color on this one however is terrible. It's closer to a rust brown. I'll keep it since it was a sale item, but had I paid full price for this I would returned without a second thought."
