Small hood, bad zips but great fit and thickness

"My 3rd, 1st one must be over 12 years old and still the best unfortunately. The sizing on this is far better than my 2nd whic was baggy (XS, longline, nicely fitted but still room to wear plenty of layers) and the thickness is good. LOVE that it still has the thumb holes - they seem to be disappearing on the thermals. The zips are terrible - if running or skiing they are too small and fiddly. The hood only comes up to my hairline and I have a small head. Slipped back even under my ski helmet."
